Learn to identify your patterns and rewire your brain. Finding a great psychologist to help with this process is one way to form new ways of engaging.
As I always say, meditation is a fantastic way to equip your brain structure with the ability to observe (without judgment) your personal patterns so that you can begin to interrupt them and find healthier options!
