Research abounds on the benefits of meditation for immediate and life long cognitive, emotional, and physical health. 

Our genes are altered THE FIRST TIME WE MEDITATE and show lasting changes as we continue. Meditation also creates positive changes in the physical structure of the brain, which allows you new ways of seeing and responding in the world. 

Heart Warrior meditation series will deepen your understanding and practice of mindfulness and meditation techniques in an effort to reduce stress, increase physical and mental health and improve the quality of your relationships.

Dr. Harvey is a clinical psychologist and certified yoga instructor who uses breath work, mindfulness and meditation personally and professional with her therapy clients.
